Here you will find support for all of our postage scales organised by product category. You can find your specific product model by selecting the product category.
As of Monday 25th September, all FP customers will be able to download the new Royal Mail rates for franked mail, ahead of the rate change taking place on Monday 2nd April 2024.
By performing a Data Upload/Synchronization on the franking machine, the new prices will be pre-installed ready for use from Monday 2nd April 2024 ensuring the correct prices are utilised at all times. Find out the new mailmark Royal mail rate change
If the software update is not performed before Monday 2nd October, the machine will prevent any post from being franked and prompt the user to perform the update. Please note, the update may take slightly longer than usual and require the machine to reboot.
